The United States Postal Service (USPS) has been having a rough time. The last two quarters have seen a loss of $2.3 billion. The postal service has cut expenses and yet the decline has continued for ten of the last eleven quarters. USPS cites lower mail volume and the economic recession as causes for their ongoing losses.
